Is there any topic/forum about LPAR for AIX box. I completely am new about this topic and need to find out details about it like how implement it, what kind of software, hardware...

There's no forum for that but IBM has training courses for it.

You can try the reedbooks from IBM there is a red book about LPAR in AIX ...
