LP 2844 Printer doesn't print small labels

One simple question, somebody can help telling me the minimum size of a label that can be printed with this printer.

Or if it's possible that the label i'm using doesn't support direct Thermal Transfer.

I'm using a size 2" x 1", let me know

you need the TLP 2844 for thermal transfer

the LP 2844 does just thermal paper

i use an LP 2844 to print to jewelry tags and they are about 1"x2" with a dumbbell looking section in the middle

i use retail pro to actually print the tags, not excel or any other programs, if you are using office product to do it you may need to make sure your paper size is correct on both the printer settings and the program.
