low volume

we have a GTM8 card with low volume on two ports. We have test each pots line with a BUT test set nd thing is fine. Our question is their a patch to handle this problem or do we need to replace this card?

if it is just 2 ports - it is more likely to be a hardware issue.

What software and what patches are there in now?
