Hello all
I have a client that has a BCM50 with one expansion cabinet in the solution. They have a message on hold solution but when the IVR puts a call on hold the caller can barely hear the message if at all. I have traced the 'moh' from the bix field to the BCM and I get great volume and signal right up to either the amphanol cable (binding post 13) or by using the 3.5 mm jack for music.
I have checked programming and I have "On Hold" set to Music, I have background music set to "N". Do I need background music as well? If not, why is it that a caller cant hear the message/advertisement when on hold?
Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.
Best Regards
