low volume on Magix

Hi all,

Is it me or does the Magix phones have low volume when you do the voice intercom or 799 all page. It seems someone low at the highest volume. I notice this compared to the old MLX phones on the legend.

My system sounds plenty loud (Magix 4.0, all TDL Sets).

Perhaps you need to try the extensions one at a time, or create some smaller groups and then see if you have one phone dragging down the output.

That's how I'd test it.

Thanks Merlinman, I tried that and no help, I swapped out 412 cards to see if that help and no luck. Also tried only having 3 phone hooked up and no luck ether. Also switching around different phones and no luck.

Any other ideas?

If this can not be fixed or its a system default, life will go on lol...

The splash tone and audio volume from the 4400 series phones at my Church are good. I haven't had any complaints about it in all the years that the system has been in service.
