Low volume on headset used with T7208

Using a plantronics headset (H141N/A) with the T7208 during a call the far end party complains of low volume?

Are there any system setting on the BCM400 that can be modified to help with this (increase volume)?

- try the headset on another phone to see if the headset is ok
- try adjusting the volume toggle-bar on the phone
- try using the handset port for the headset (assuming handset volume is ok)
