We are having increasing trouble with conference call quality when traversing MPLS to LSP site...
Example:
Customer calls into main site
Sales rep (digital set) handles call, no audio issues
Sales rep conferences Tech (4610IP)at remote site (LSP via MPLS)
Tech hears Sales Rep fine
Complete conference, customer volume is VERY low
I cannot find the screen to adjust quality, or even if it is possible to correct...
Setup:
Main site s8720 CMEE 5 all 6416D+M
Remote LSP s8300/g350 all 4610IP
