low volume on cisc 7.0

have had issues with low volume on compact ics 7.0 have changed the trunk cards to the latest version with solid state relays, have set the volume on the sets to allow the system to deal with the volume, but does changeing the trunk loss from the default of medium to something else help to. customer uses the speaker phone all the time which I know is an issue too, but just seeing if there is anything else to improve the volume. people complain they cannot hear at the far end, does not seem to be an issue at the local end.

changing the trunk loss will change to receive volume a little

if its a transmit problem have telco check into it they may need to put a boost on the line
