We have a growing call center and as we hire more agents the calls are getting tougher to hear. All of our calls come in as Trunk-to-trunk transfers and I have maxed the volume on the sets. Is there any other setting in the Definity to increase volume to the sets?

thanks,

I would think its time to start using vdn and vectors and queues to route your calls. It might have worked in the past but your growing. Trunk to trunk is not always the safest way to do things. Wisdom is Knowledge

Hi
if you have analog 2500 stations and don't use distinctive rings may be try to switch of distinctive audible alert on each station form. After that ring power must be a little grater because the ring pulse will be longer. Need testing.

Depending on the type of set you can do "change terminal-paramters #set-type".
There you can play with the dB-settings, however it can be possible that this change commando is blocked for your login. Then you will have to contact your maintenance center.

Hope this helps

John
