Customers are complaining from low voice on external cot lines(XFCOT aand XUT cards),when they access them from pbx via access codes;
is there anything we can do to amplify the voice amplitude from opt11c? software or hardware?
I alway disconnect the bridging clips on the Telco side and use a Buttset to test the trunk back to the Telco to see if the level is OK. If not then you need to call the Telco.
Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
