low voice problem

hi
i have a customer who has a bcm50 with ip and digital sets and 3 co trunks on the main unit...the problem that when a person uses ip set to make or receive a call ...the person on the other side can not hear well ,but when using digital set there is no problem.

anyone can help.

Are you using the default codec ? That will affect quaility for sure. I set my default codec to G7.11-uLaw and that seems to work well.

It may also be the headset you are using.
