Low Voice on External Analog lines

Hi all,
I have a problem on my all external analog line which are connected to my COT card on option 11C.

The problem is in low voice of all calls across the analog lines, whereas the voice directly at external line(before the cot card)is very clear and high.

is there any solution i can increase the call's voice volume across the analog lines?
