Can the Transmit Levels be adjusted in system programing
on a Norstar MICS 0 x 32 ?

if you are talking about line volume, there is a feature called loss package where you can adjust the trunks for distance from the CO, i think it is short, medium, long and PBX. I had a customer with static on the line and put all ines to medium loss package, static gone.

poke around in the lines section, i don't remember where exactly but it is called loss package

the programming area you are refering to is LINES->Trunk/Line Data->LossPkg: JerryReeve
