low speed win 10 after 2004 update

hi i problem with my loptop speed after update 2004 specially when use chrom and after too many try i found problem
disable app and browser control from windows securtity (if you have another antivirus or internet security from windows security disable app&browser control)

The first thing I do when our Windows 10 slows down after an update is run "sfc /scannow" as administrator in a command line prompt or powershell.

Next, I run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth".

Then I run "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth".

Usually those will work. After that I back out the updates, disable background apps, and finally do a clean book. If none of those work, it's time for a clean install.
