We have run into a little issue on the ring voltage on the analog ports. Our fax machines don't answer due to the low voltage, we put them on a Rolm and they answer fine. There is about 30 volts different between the two. We need to grant up the volts soon we are losing the Rolm.

Have Avaya come in and replace the ring frequency generator in the cabinet that is having the problem. If you have MCC cabinets it is in the bottom behind the pannel accessed from the front. The part number I believe is 107869679... I had to replace all four of mine over the past year.

Use a multimeter to check the voltages on the power supply.
