Hey Again!

I find hat using dynamic text boxs greatly reduces the quality of the font. Is this because it is antialiased? is there anyway i can improve the font quality in the dynamic text box?

hope that's clear.

Thanx in Advance.

What size is your text? I seem to recal reading a post about this a few weeks ago and the problem was linked to the text being too small.

the text is arial size 21 bold. the quality does not seem as bad on screens with a resolution greater than 1024X768, however soince most ppl use 800x600, that is unacceptable.

Did you embed the font? For clearer text, it shouldn't be embedded.

Also make sure your textfield is located on full pixels, like x=25.0 and not x=25.6...
And that even the movie clip holding a textfield (if it's your case!) is also on full pixels.
