Low Folder within Temp Folder

Hey fellow Tek-Tips.

I have a question regarding what the subject says, "Low folder within Temp Folder"

I know it's a Low Integrity Folder but can anyone better formulate a clear and concise use for this type of folder within Temp Internet files?

All I can fathom is that Low folder is an low integrity folder, which is used to embed internet contents, for IE printing....just basic but unable to word its purpose of 'Low' folder.

Any thoughts on this would greatly appreciated the help.

This is perhaps the best explanation. These 'low' folders are specific to IE7 & IE8 on Vista & Windows 7 when running in Protected Mode.

I was coming through so many different types but didn't have enough rational explanation. I have the concepts just wasn't sure on it's actual purposes.
