on our bcm50 sometime when we answer line 61 thru 64 we receive a loud scratching noise. does anyone think the problem could be the BCM50 RJ-45 Breakout Adapter Kit?

What release BCM, 1.0 or 2.0?
1.0 had an issue wherein Telco lines could damage the core.
