i have an ACS 6.0 using a Bogen TPU35 amp and extension 12 was connected to the ring port on the Amplifier for loud bell over the PA speakers. The loud bell stopped working. The port is always busy on inbound calls to it and if you plug in an actual phone it works for outbound, no inbound calls to this station. I've seen this happen on several Partners using this setup. Over the years the port just stops functioning.
I switched it over to another spare port. Is there a better way to solve this so that the customer doesn't keep losing ports?
