For a few weeks now, people have reported that when somebody is calling into our facility the called party hears annoying loud beep tones every few minutes. They sound like touch pad tones. The party calling in won't hear it, it is only audible on our end. My calls come in on a Verizon DSL and then go to a VoIP-to-Analog gateway and then to my PBX. I have only analog phones, 8700 servers and CM3.0. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Got 'audible message waiting' on for the analog phones?
Check if you got messages, and perhaps do a "clear amw all" for the extension.
the old 'leave word calling' feature can cause this for example

Thank you. I checked and 'audible message waiting' is not on for these phones. I did '"clear amw all". I hope that helps.
What is the 'leave word calling' feature and can I turn it off?
Here I pasted second page of display station xxxx.

I would check Service Observe monitor tone or some headsets do this when their batteries are running low.

change system-parameters features, tab 11 on my version 5.2
