I would like to know if there is some scripts to :

1) to set the profile archivage for every mailboxes
2) to inhibe the SEND ( NEW MEMO, REPLY .. )function ?
3) a script to ask to the user if he wants to archive ( if yes the script activate the archivage function )

Concerning question 2:

Sending can be inhibited by :

a) removing the Send button in the Memo and Reply forms
b) resetting the DefaultMailSaveOptions to not display the small dialog box when ESCaping from a Memo/Reply

As for archiving, as far as I know the policy Lotus has adopted is that there is no such thing as a universal archive system, so just make the basic functionality available and let the customers/partners develop case-specific code to solve trigger and schedule issues.
That means you have to write the scripts yourself, I'm afraid.
