Lotus v5 - 'Directories' button missing from Contacts page 1

We have a user who, when he selects the personal address book shortcut from the bar, the 'Business Cards' page does not contain the 'Directories' button on the menu bar. This prevents him being able to select the company address book to select recipients.

All other v5 clients I have checked appear to have this 'Directories' button available from personal address book, although they have the entry listed as 'Contacts' rather than 'Business Cards'

Can anyone advise how I can get the 'Directories' button to appear from the address book screen?

It seems as if this guy either uses the wrong template on the personal address book or something got wrong when you upgraded him to R5. Especially when you say that he sees a 'Business Cards' page. I would first check the following:

1. Is the database you open with this shortcut really his personal address book ----> is it really called names.nsf?

2. If it is called names.nsf then try a 'Refresh Design' of this database.

3. If this doesn't help try a 'Replace Design' and use the Template of the Personal Address book.
