Lotus Smartsuite 9.0 and problems printing

Hello,

we have Lotus Smartsuite v.9.0 for windows xp operating system in ours
computers, and we have a problem when we try to print a document, for
example when we send a document to then printer the Lotus application
shutdown or show a message like this "Error in controller".

We have a server printer which are connected many printer of different kind (laser, ink...), and of different company (HP, RICOH...). And We have this problem with all printers.


Anyone have a similar problem?

SmartSuite 9.0 was never intended to work on XP. Printer drivers are very different in XP versus other versions of Windows.

I suggest you get either 9.7 or 9.8 -- they are widely available at software discount sites.
