Lotus R5: Welcome Back message in Out of Office

Hi,

I have an issue which I am finding hard to troubleshoot. I have a user who enables his OOO. On his return, he looks at the welcome back message to check who has mailed him. He has viewed the list and it has only logged one internal recepient. I have checked his settings and he has no exceptions.

I have also tried deleting the OOO agent and refreshing the design of his nsf to create a new one. Nothing has worked and the user is starting to turn the screw.

Any one have any ideas?
