Lotus R5 Issue - Due to auditing purposes we are required to print of a list of users in the order of Internet Address. So far I am unable to find a way to do this, can it be done? When in Notes Administrator | address book | people, you are presented with four fields; Name, Telephone, Company and Email. What we are trying to do is replace a field not needed such as Company, or create an additional field Internet Address, this would allow us to display users in the order of their internet address, thus being able to print off. I realise there is a “work around” way to view all details. View | goto whilst pressing Ctrl and Shift then selecting $ Users, unfortunately this data can not be exported into a multiple column document and therefore not really much help. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I could export from the $Users View as well, choosing 123 as format and opening it with Excel (if you don't have 123) does the job as well.
It appears you get a lot of entrys there which you actually don't need.
What I suggest is try out some more of the views there, which can be more helpful for you. I found some looking very much like what you wanted which is called 'PeopeByShortname' here.

Some other options:

- create your own view using the design client, this is easier than expected: take the view you want and modify it
- me being a database person not having a design client anymore: I use the SQL interface and define an ODBC data source on addresses, thus being able selecting fields and sorting them as I wish
