When I set up to print envelopes from my Approach database, how do I get rid of that little box that automatically prints on the envelope, presumably to show where to place the stamp? I don't want it to be on there.

Thanks,

Lynn

That rectangle is an object that can be edited just like any other object (like a button or field). The only tricky thing is how you select it.

You cannot simply click within it or on its edge. What you do is put the mouse pointer (in design mode) below and to the left of the rectangle, press the left mouse button and hold it, then drag the mouse to the upper right of the rectangle. You will see a dashed outline around the rectangle. Release the mouse button. You will now see the rectangle is selected. Press the Delete key on your keyboard and it will be gone. Save the APR file.
