Lotus Organizer to OL2K conversion

I need to migrate 6000 users .ORG files into Outlook 2000 Calendar.

The company doesn't want any user intervention so I need a utility to import the ORG files to Exchange in bulk without having log on to each user's mailbox and import them manually.

Anyone know of anything useful?
