Lotus Organizer migration to .pst

I do realise that this forum is for Lotus Notes, and my question is actually about Organizer. However, I think that you guys may be able to assist with this, so apologies for breaking the rules.

I have had a request from a user to migrate 2 x files to Exchange or pst files. They are .org and .or4 files, which I believe is Organiser. Not being much of a Lotus man, is there any way of migrating these into a .pst file. I have tried Transend and it does not look possible.
