Just search for this in Google. For example, search for domino exchange cost. The first link which comes up :
this report was in dec 2001, so you may or may not view it as out of date. One line in the report :

also consider the number of bugs & virus attacks aimed at MS. However some people say MS is a little more user-friendly (personal preference I guess).
if you go to Lotus' web site, you'll find comparisons as well. no doubt microsoft has it's own opinions on it's website
