I am hoping that somebody can help me with this issue. We have just migrated our entire corporation WAN from CCMail 8.4 to Lotus Notes R5. Our particular office's role is in inside sales and we have a CRM application called "SalesEdge" (formerly Leads & I-Sales).
Since the migration we have experienced constant crashes of the CRM application when accessing Notes. Essentially, I have instructed the users to only have one of the applications open at any given time until we can solve this dilema.
Trying to diagnos this, I have checked Network Traffic, System Memory, Read & Write times and I cannot find out what is going on. All of the crashes are assoicated on the Client side.
This is a new problem since the migration so it is associated with Notes by some means.
Since we are a small office, we are not being given 100% attention from the Corporate Systems people, but I would like to try to get some help from somebody knowledgeable with Notes. I have been told by the application developer that owns SalesEdge that they have other users with Notes running and they have not gotten any complaints before.
PLEASE HELP ME! B-(
