The issue is that I use Exchange 5.5 service pack 4 and the recipient is using outlook and Lutos Notes running as the mail server.
When users type the e-mail address in the TO or CC section, there is no problem. When they reply to the incomming e-mail, the e-mail gets lost somewhere and there is no undeliverable or any error message. Microsoft says that we need to have SP 4 installed but I already have that.
I know that Lotus Notes removes the name and keeps the e-mail address with the brackets.
Can anyone help me please?
