Lotus Notes to Access to SharePoint

Good day to all of you. Here's the big picture: I have a Lotus Notes database and I am re-platforming to SharePoint.

Is there a tool that will convert my Lotus Notes files to SharePoint? If not, is it possible to convert my Lotus Notes Database to Microsoft Access and then finally to SharePoint?

Most of my Lotus Notes documents contain embedded files. I'm also concerned about exporting my embedded files to Access then to SharePoint.

What tools are available out there that would make this possible?

I guess I also have a similar problem. I searched in the web if there are any conversion tool that would convert Notes document to SharePoint but I found none. Can somebody help me if such tools exist. If not, any approach would be highly appreciated.
