Hey there,

I have set up a simple mail forwarding rule so all mail gets forwarded to a web mail account such as GMail or Yahoo, so people can read their emails remotely.

I have done this for two different Notes users and both worked fine for about 3 months then mail just stop forwarding. Has anybody seen this?

I'm ve had it happen several times. You can try turning them off then back on, but typically I have had to delete and readd them to get them working again.

I strongly advise that you turn them off before deleting - I have had instances where active rules stayed persistent even after deletion, forcing a manual rebuild of the NSF.

Tried removing it then recreating it, did not work. I think this is a known issue there must be a handy little fix?!
