Lotus Notes Restore

Hello,

I'm trying to do a Lotus Notes restore but getting the following error messages

nsrnotessrc: Recovering file e:\Lotus\Do...filename.nsf
nsrnotessrc: Error while opening file /e:lotus..... filename.nsf, error = 32"

can anyone help

Error 32 usually means that the file is in use.

Restore rthe nsf- file to an alternate location, stop the notes service and copy the nsf file to the notes/data/.. directory.
