Lotus Notes Release 5.0.4a users can not reply to SMTP.....

Hi,

Users send e-mail using outlook and it gets to the other end. The other end is outlook with Lotus Notes Release 5.0.4a running on the background. When user REPLYS to that message, it get lost and there is no record or no error message anywhere. Please help.
