Lotus Notes R5 Out of Office "Welcome Back" list incomplete

Any idea what would cause the Lotus Notes R5 Out of Office "Welcome Back" message to not include all users that emailed during the specified time away?

For example, let's say five people from our region emailed another person from our region that had their out of office running. The problem I'm seeing is that maybe only three of the five users would actually appear in the "Welcome Back" list of the person that was away. Everyone from our region connects to the same Notes server. Thanks!
