Lotus Notes Password Problem

hello! can anyone help me solve my prob. I forgot the password in Lotus Mail account and I dunno what to do. Can anyone help me pls!

Ask to administrator to sent it to you the old id file that was generated when you opened the lotus for the first time.
save it in notes\data directory overwriting existing one.
Ask for the old password too!!
