Lotus Notes - Open App on Email Arrival

Hello.

We currently have outlook but will be going to Lotus Notes soon.

In outlook there is a rule option to open an access database (or any application) when a certain email arrives.

How would I go about doing this in Lotus Notes? Because I know there is no rule option in Lotus Notes to start an application??
