Lotus Notes/NT Servers Crashing

After upgrading to Notes 4.63b many of our NT servers are crashing on NUPDATE.exe. We are stumped over this and could use as much help as possible. Lotus is also stumped but the situation is not a high priority with them. The servers are configured as followed:<br>
<br>
Compaq line of servers. No particular models.<br>
NT 4.0 with service pack 4<br>
Lotus notes 4.63b<br>
Norton Anti-virus for Notes<br>
Compaq utilities ie SSD/insight agent/survey utility/etc.<br>
<br>
Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br>

Try installing service pack 6.

Service pack 6a would be better.
