Lotus Notes not stopping

We have a client that is using notes. When they try to install a program that wirks with notes as a plugin it tells them that notes is still running. They have looked at it and even stopped the services but after a reboot it still tells them that notes is running and it is not open.

Can someone tell me where to start at? It is only on 2 out of 100 or so users right now.

Try finding and running KillNotes to stop any Notes-related programs still running.
