Lotus Notes Mail

Hello,

I'd appreciate any help please as I'm stuck.

I've written some code that scrapes data from an attachmate screen and writes it to a text file. I then need to send this text file to recipient using Lotus notes.

I have managed to successfully create a new e-mail, add the recipient bla bla bla, but I cannot seem to attach the text file??? I'm not a big whizz but would appreciate any bits of code that could help.
