Lotus Notes keeps crashing with a Citrix session !

I have recently deployed Lotus Notes R6 to my Citrix users but every day multiple users sessions crash unexpectedly ! I have 8 Citrix servers running Metaframe XP with Win2K SP3 and it happens on them all.

Has anyone else had this problem ? Does anyone know a solution ?
