Lotus notes hangs

Hi there, I have an agent who's Lotus Notes is giving him an error. Once he opens it, it will freeze and just hangs. In the event log, there is an application error.

Hang module hang application version 0.0.0.0 Hang Address 0x00000000

Any solutions?
