When we had HPOpen mail and received a attached file all we had to do was detach/copy/rename it to a .HTM... go into windows explorer and open it and it would load a Netscape page. Why Lotus doesn't do that I don't know,
we were hoping you could tell us. We do receive many many of these type files from our tech support suppliers with hypertext links burried within the code. Even something as simple as a file received from AOL or MSN that the sender uses color or bold text can't be read as mentioned above. As mention before this was easily done in HPOpen mail. Hopefully the answer isn't to tell the sender to only use LOTUS or straight ascii txt. Let me know... We do detatach the file and save it.
