lotus notes error

when in lotus notes 4.6 i get the error message "no body Text" when trying to forward any e-mail message.???

it is possible that your mail file template has become corrupted.... i would first recommend that you compact the workspace, and then replace the template. if that dosen't resolve the problem, a possible reinstall of the client app. may be needed.
