Problem:
A client reported a problem printing the cc field in messages which were sent to her inbox
Everytime the client printed a message no cc field would appear in the printed document.
Solution:
After checking with the notes.net site, the following artice was found
article from notes.net regarding a work around or fix for the mail template
Another more simpler workaround involves putting the memo in edit mode first and then printing it.
By double clicking on an open email message, the message switches to edit mode.
If you print this message while in edit mode the cc field should appear in the printed document
