Lotus Notes - Deleting Old Emails

Can somebody tell me of an easy way to delete all emails that are over 90 days old?  Does anybody have an agent or know how to do it through the server?  I have Administrator as well as Developer access.  Thanks!

Have you tried clicking once on the database icon, then go to file-replication-settings and making your changes there?

Here is an agent that I use to delete mail that's 6 months or older, but you can modify it for however much time you'd like.<br><br>SELECT @All;<br>OMF:= @Adjust(@Today;0;-6;0;0;0;0);<br>@If(@Modified &lt; OMF;@DeleteDocument;@Return(Null))
