Hi folks,

Has anybody tried to access a Lotus Notes DB (.nsf) using ASP and a web browser? I'm trying to put together a case for my boss to get UltraDev and I KNOW he's going to ask 'how does it access Notes?' - He's got an idea that Notes is ODBC compliant and has made that his bench mark.

Any assistance on this point is gratefully received.

I had a brief look at accessing notes databases about 2 years ago. I found that reading from the notes database via a system DSN was quite easy, and fairly quick. However writing to the notes database was very difficult. I never acually managed to work that bit out before changing jobs. Not much help I know but better than nothing!

Okay, thanks Geee.
At least I know it's possible (if only in a very hard way!)

Thanks again,
Dave
