Lotus Notes Connector Issue

I installed Lotus Notes Connector a few days ago. Now since I installed it, everytime a person sends me an actual link to a Lotus Notes Database, it shows up as words instead of a link.
We use a Help Desk database here where we look at our Service Requests. Now I cannot see or open any Requests because it comes in my mail as just words instead of the links. I removed Lotus Notes Connector, removed Outlook as well and still same problems.

Anyone know what I can do for this or ran into this problem before?

Are you speaking of the Microsoft Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes (Server end to connect Exchange and Domino) or the Lotus Notes Mail service for Microsoft Outlook?

If it is the server connector, you need to set the properties on the general tab to Convert Notes DocLinks to: URL Shortcut

If it the the Lotus Notes Mail servive for Microsoft Outlook, you will need to download the current version from Microsoft, uninstall the current version and install the newer version.

Neither of these would be my first choice, a Notes client would be...
