lotus notes closes but leaves resource files open

user cannot open lotus notes again unless they close the nlhdaemon process in taks manager. user leaves notes normally but this process doesn't stop for some reason.

I use killnotes. Heard of it? I think killnotes is free you should be able to find it somewhere on the Net.
